Cancellation Policy

Gifted Aura – CLIA-Waived Testing Policy & Terms Deposit Policy All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your total balance. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in deposit forfeiture. No-shows may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. ⸻ Service Pricing Pricing varies by test or bundled services. Please visit the Services Page for standard rates. Prices are subject to change at any time. Final pricing is confirmed when booking. ⸻ Travel Fee Policy Mobile appointments may include a travel fee based on your location. This will be disclosed during scheduling. ⸻ Mobile Appointments Clients must provide a safe, clean, and accessible environment. If the environment is unsafe or unprepared, the service may be canceled without refund. ⸻ About CLIA-Waived Testing Gifted Aura provides CLIA-waived point-of-care screenings using FDA-approved equipment for: • COVID-19 • Flu (Influenza) • Blood Glucose • Cholesterol • Urinalysis • Non-DOT Drug Tests These tests offer quick screening results, but are not diagnostic. Clients should share results with a healthcare provider for further evaluation. ⸻ Client Responsibilities • Bring a valid photo ID, if requested • Provide accurate health information and consent to testing • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian • Understand that results are screenings, not medical diagnoses ⸻ Right to Refuse Testing Testing may be refused if: • The client is too ill for on-site care • The environment is unsafe or unsanitary • Consent cannot be properly obtained • The service request exceeds CLIA-waived authority ⸻ Results Disclaimer Test results are preliminary screenings only. Gifted Aura does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Clients are encouraged to consult a physician for full medical interpretation and care. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, a late fee may apply or your appointment may be canceled without refund. ⸻ Refunds & Cancellations No refunds are given for completed services. To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit. ⸻ Legal Compliance Gifted Aura operates under a CLIA Certificate of Waiver and complies with HIPAA and all federal/state regulations. Personal health information is kept confidential and will only be released with your written consent.
