We offer a variety of mobile health and certification services for individuals, caregivers, and professionals. These include hands-on CPR and BLS training certified by the American Heart Association, with advanced certifications like ACLS and PALS coming soon.
On the health screening side, clients can access fast, nurse-administered lab testing for flu, COVID-19, pregnancy, urinalysis, and more. Additional services include FBI-standard ink card fingerprinting for employment or legal use, mobile notary support for official documents, and soon-to-launch drug and breath alcohol testing for DOT, non-DOT, and personal needs.

Featured Certification Services & Classes
Our service rates reflect the quality, convenience, and professionalism of nurse-led care. Travel fees apply for mobile appointments and vary based on location. A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
HEALTH EDUCATION SESSION – $25
A 15-minute nurse-led session that includes a full vitals assessment —Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Temperature, Respiratory Rate, and Oxygen Saturation, followed by a clear explanation of your results and practical wellness tips you can use at home. This session is for educational purposes only and does not include diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your physician for any medical decisions.
CPR CERTIFICATION $100
Get certified through the American Heart Association with hands-on CPR training for adults, children, and infants. Led by a licensed RN with over 8 years of experience, this class includes AED instruction and offers same-day certification. Certification is valid for two years, with flexible class times available throughout the week.
BLS CERTIFICATION $75
American Heart Association-certified training for medical professionals and clinical staff. Learn adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and team-based emergency response. Taught by a licensed RN with same-day eCard certification. Great for nurses, EMTs, CNAs, dental staff, and students. Valid for 2 years. Mobile sessions available for groups.
ACLS CERTIFICATION

AHA-certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support training for nurses, paramedics, and other advanced-level providers. Covers clinical decision-making, EKG interpretation, airway support, and team-based response for cardiac emergencies like stroke and heart attack. Same-day eCard certification. Traditional Notary Service
Starting at $10 Per Signature
Certified traditional notary services to verify signatures, administer oaths, and notarize a variety of documents. Ideal for legal forms, real estate paperwork, affidavits, and more. Fast, secure, and compliant with Tennessee state law. Available in-person or mobile (travel fees apply).
Ink Fingerprinting
$50 Per Card
Professional ink fingerprinting using FBI-compliant FD-258 cards. Perfect for background checks, licensing, immigration, adoption, and more. Prints are clean, accurate, and accepted by federal, state, and out-of-state agencies. Mobile service available for your convenience.

Featured Lab Testing Provided:
COVID-19 Rapid Antigen
Detects active COVID-19 infection using a nasal swab. Provides fast results—typically within 15 minutes—ideal for symptoms, travel, or return-to-work screenings.
Flu A/B
Identifies Influenza Type A and B viruses. This nasal swab test is useful for determining if flu-like symptoms are caused by the flu or another respiratory condition.
Strep Throat
Detects Group A Streptococcus bacteria from a throat swab. Helps determine whether a sore throat is bacterial and if antibiotics are needed.
Pregnancy
A urine test that detects human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), a hormone present during pregnancy. Fast, private, and reliable results.
Glucose Check
A fingerstick blood test that measures blood sugar levels. Useful for diabetic patients, those with symptoms of high or low blood sugar, or routine wellness monitoring.
RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus)
Detects RSV—a common respiratory infection especially in children and older adults. A nasal swab test with quick results, useful for managing symptoms like cough, congestion, and breathing difficulty.
Urinalysis
A urine-based screening that checks for signs of urinary tract infections (UTIs), kidney issues, diabetes, and more. Tests for protein, glucose, ketones, pH, leukocytes, nitrites, and blood.
Drug Screening - Coming Soon
Urine drug testing to screen for common substances. DOT and non-DOT compliant options will be available for employment, compliance, or personal use.
Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) – Coming Soon
Measures blood alcohol concentration (BAC) using a breath sample. Commonly used for workplace compliance, DOT testing, legal cases, and post-accident screenings. Provides immediate, accurate results.
Travel Policy
To ensure convenience and transparency, the following standard travel fees apply to all mobile services:
Travel Rates:
• $15 flat rate for appointments within 15 miles
• $30 flat fee if it’s 16-30 miles away
• Over 30 miles? A $1.00 per mile (round-trip) rate applies, or a custom quote will be provided based on distance and service type
