Service Description

Join a hands-on CPR/BLS class led by a licensed provider, certified through the American Heart Association (AHA). Classes are offered on pre-scheduled days and times (e.g., every Saturday & Wednesday from 10 AM to 2:30 PM — exact days to be confirmed). Each session is small-group style with a maximum of six students, ensuring personalized instruction and effective learning. This course is ideal for healthcare professionals, students, and anyone needing CPR/BLS certification for work or school. You'll learn high-quality CPR techniques, AED use, and team response skills for adult, child, and infant emergencies. Same-day AHA eCard provided upon completion.

Cancellation Policy

Gifted Aura – CPR/BLS/ACLS/PALS Training Policy & Terms Deposit Policy All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your class spot. Deposits are applied to your total balance. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before class will result in deposit forfeiture. No-shows may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. ⸻ Course Pricing Pricing varies by course type (CPR, BLS, ACLS or PALS, renewal, group). Standard rates are listed on our Services Page. Final pricing is confirmed at booking and may change without notice. ⸻ Travel Fee Policy For mobile or on-site classes, a travel fee may apply based on distance and group size. This will be discussed during scheduling. ⸻ Class Environment For mobile CPR/BLS/ACLS/PALS classes, clients must provide a safe, clean, and quiet space suitable for instruction and hands-on practice. If the space is not appropriate, class may be canceled without refund. ⸻ Pocket Mask Requirement A CPR pocket mask is required for participation. If you don’t have one, you may purchase one from Gifted Aura for $2 at the time of class. ⸻ What to Bring • Comfortable clothing for hands-on practice • Pocket mask (or $2 to purchase one) • Valid photo ID (if needed for employer verification) • Any necessary paperwork ⸻ Certification Students who successfully complete the course will receive an AHA eCard valid for 2 years. Cards are typically issued within 48 hours. Group classes may take slightly longer. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, participation may be denied and the deposit forfeited. Late arrivals disrupt instruction and violate AHA guidelines. ⸻ Refunds & Cancellations No refunds will be given for completed courses. You may reschedule without losing your deposit if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. ⸻ Right to Refuse Certification Certification may be denied if: • Student does not meet AHA course requirements • Student is disruptive, unwilling, or unprepared • Full payment is not made ⸻ Accreditation & Recognition Gifted Aura is an AHA-certified provider. This training is for laypersons and professionals.
