As a certified Notary Public, I offer reliable and convenient mobile notarization for a wide range of documents including affidavits, power of attorney, acknowledgments, legal forms, real estate paperwork, and more. Please Note: All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Gifted Aura – General Policy & Service Terms Deposit Policy All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will also forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. Service Pricing Prices vary based on the service selected. Standard pricing is available on our Services Page. All rates are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at booking. ⸻ Travel Fee Policy Mobile and on-site services may include a travel fee, which depends on distance and location. This fee will be disclosed and confirmed when scheduling your appointment. ⸻ Mobile Appointments Clients must provide a safe, clean, and accessible environment for mobile services. Unsafe or unprepared locations may result in service refusal without a refund. ⸻ Notary Services • A valid government-issued photo ID is required. • Signers must be mentally competent, willing, and present. • Documents must be complete before notarization. • Travel fees are added to standard notary fees. • Notaries do not provide legal advice or draft documents. ⸻ Witness Requirements If a document requires witnesses, clients must arrange for them in advance. Gifted Aura does not supply witnesses unless scheduled ahead of time and for an additional fee. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service Service may be refused if: • Valid ID is not provided • The signer appears intoxicated, impaired, or under duress • The document is incomplete or suspicious • The request exceeds what a Tennessee Notary Public is legally allowed to do ⸻ Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, a late fee may apply or the appointment may be canceled without refund based on availability. ⸻ Refunds & Cancellations No refunds are issued for completed services. To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to apply your deposit to a new date. ⸻ Legal Limits & Jurisdiction Notary services are conducted under Tennessee state law. Notaries are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice or validate the content of a document.
